The Opportunity

Are you a creative and commercially-minded buyer with a flair for trend-focused outdoor living products Do you have a background in product development for home and garden If so wed love you to join our home Buying team as a Lifestyle Home & Garden Buyer specialising in Outdoor Living.

Reporting to the buying manager youll be responsible for sourcing developing and curating a unique and inspiring product portfolio for our outdoor living and garden category. Youll play an important part in shaping our range ensuring its fresh relevant and ahead of the curve for our customers.

Your Impact

• You will source select and secure a unique and exciting range of outdoor living and garden products aligned with QVCs brand and customer expectations.
• You will work with suppliers to bring new trend-focused concepts to market.
• Youll negotiate cost prices and trading terms to maximise sales and profit.
• You will work with Planning Digital and Category teams to review product performance and grow the range.
• Youll monitor market trends attend trade shows and visit suppliers to identify new opportunities and maintain a competitive edge.
• Youll develop supplier relationships ensuring quality innovation and alignment with QVCs long-term goals.
• You will support inventory management and ensure product launches for events and campaigns.
• Work with international partners on product and brand strategies.
• Ensure compliance with internal and external guidelines.

What You Bring

• You will have experience in buying and product development within the outdoor living home or garden sector.
• You will have a creative flair and experience with trend-led garden products.
• Strong analytical ability and commercial acumen.
• Willingness to travel for trade shows supplier visits and international buying trips.
