What youll do
You will provide person-centred care and support to a cheerful 7-year-old boy with chronic lung disease helping him thrive in his local primary school environment. Your day will begin at his home where youll accompany him safely to school and conclude by escorting him home again.
Key responsibilities include:
Youll support his health needs while encouraging safe self-feeding and promoting independence wherever possible. During the school day youll help him engage fully in classroom and social activities whether hes playing with his favourite toy cars learning with classmates or spending time with friends.
This is a rewarding opportunity to build your clinical skills and make a real difference in a childs daily life all while being part of a supportive care team.

What youll need
Essential experience in tracheostomy is required.
