Nursery Teacher (Level 3 Early Years) Up tohours per week
Our client a vibrant nursery is looking for a passionate and experienced Nursery Teacher to join their dedicated early years team. What Theyre Looking For
- Level 3 qualification in Early Years (e.g. NVQ CACHE or equivalent).
- Experience working as a Nursery Teacher Nursery Nurse or Early Years Practitioner.
- Strong working knowledge of the EYFS and early childhood development.
- Confident communicator with excellent teamwork and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to equality diversity and inclusive teaching practices.
- Knowledge and understanding of safeguarding requirements and procedures.
- A warm child-focused approach and a genuine passion for early years education.

Key Responsibilities
- Plan and deliver imaginative age-appropriate learning activities aligned with the Early Years Foundation Stage (EYFS).
- Create a safe inclusive and engaging classroom environment that encourages exploration and independence.
- Monitor assess and record childrens developmental progress maintaining clear documentation and learning journals.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with children families and colleagues promoting open and respectful communication.
- Promote a positive safeguarding culture ensuring the nursery meets high standards of health safety and wellbeing.
- Collaborate with other educators to plan and reflect on best practices and curriculum enhancements.
- Model outstanding professional behaviour and contribute to a warm respectful workplace culture.
