As a Principal Product Manager for Relationship Intelligence youll lead one of our most strategically important product domains - the relationship intelligence engine that powers Affinitys CRM and operating platform for private capital.
Youll own the vision and execution for how we map analyze and surface relationship insights to support core customer use cases. This includes ownership of unique and complex solutions for both explicit and implicit relationship mapping leveraging AI and both public and proprietary data sets.
In this role you will own the product roadmap and be responsible for measuring customer and business impact. You will partner with cross-functional teams to conduct research run experiments lead teams through design and engineering sprints define success metrics measure impact and ultimately ship solutions with the biggest impact on user outcomes.

Please note that the role compensation details below reflect the base salary only and do not include any equity or benefits. This represents the salary range that Affinity believes in good faith at the time of this posting that it will pay for the posted job.
A reasonable estimate of the current range is $145400 to $225000 CAD. Within the range individual pay depends on various factors including geographical location and review of experience knowledge skills abilities of the applicant.
