Greet service customers and document their concerns in detail
Schedule jobs and communicate clearly with the shop and parts department
Create estimates manage work orders and ensure timely updates
Handle warranty claims upsell services and maintain CSI scores
Keep customers informed every step of the way
1 3 years in a service advisor service writer or customer care role (RV or auto)
Strong organizational and communication skills
Comfort managing multiple open jobs and shifting priorities
Knowledge of RV systems is a plus but not required they ll train you
