Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
Manage aviation civil engineering projects within scope schedule and budget.
Develop project-specific plans including Project Management and Quality Management Plans.
Create and maintain detailed project schedules.
Coordinate with internal teams and sub-consultants.
Oversee project progress and risk mitigation.
Prepare progress reports review invoices and communicate updates to stakeholders.
Lead project presentations and status meetings.
Assist with marketing processes proposal development and client interviews.
Guide technical teams to ensure quality outcomes.
Mentor team members providing coaching and performance feedback.
Requirements

Required Skills & Experience:
Bachelor s degree in civil engineering or related field from an ABET-accredited program.
Professional Engineer (PE) License with the ability to obtain registration in relevant states within 3 months of employment.
10 years of experience managing multi-discipline civil engineering project teams.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
CAPM or PMP certification.
Experience with airside airport civil infrastructure design (runways taxiways RSA improvements) following FAA guidelines.
Familiarity with multiple project delivery methods (Design-Bid-Build Design-Build P3).
10+ years of experience managing multidiscipline civil engineering project teams. Experience in airside airport design of civil infrastructure (runways, taxiways and taxilanes, and RSA improvements) in accordance with FAA guidelines and circulars. Experience with multiple project delivery methods i.e. Design-Bid-Build, Design-Build, P3.
Education
B.S. in Civil or Environmental Engineering from an ABET-accredited program.
