Insurance Coverage Attorney Charlotte NC
An AV-rated civil litigation firm with a national presence is seeking a driven Insurance Coverage Attorney to join its growing Charlotte office.
This is an exceptional opportunity for an attorney with experience in first- and/or third-party insurance coverage litigation who is ready to advance their career with a respected well-established litigation practice.
What You ll Need:
2 4 years of experience in first- and/or third-party insurance coverage litigation (defense preferred)
Admission to North Carolina or South Carolina (must obtain admission to both within one year assistance provided)
Strong academic credentials
Excellent legal writing and analytical skills
What You ll Do:
Handle insurance coverage litigation matters from start to finish
Draft and review pleadings motions and discovery
Conduct legal research and prepare detailed legal opinions
Represent clients in hearings depositions and other key legal proceedings
Compensation & Benefits:
Base salary: $95000 $130000 DOE
Performance bonus plan: $12000 $36000 annually
