Job Description

This is a remote position.

As a Facility Support Associate you will be the onsite operational backbone ensuring seamless support for administrative logistical and customer-facing tasks vital to our storage insurance program. Youll serve as the first point of contact for partners and customers when onsite handling coordination materials and facility readiness with a focus on service quality and efficiency.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage onsite administrative and clerical tasks including data entry filing and documentation for insurance enrollment.

  • Coordinate physical materials such as signage promotional collateral and policy packets to be ready and accurate at partner locations.

  • Serve as liaison with storage facility staff to facilitate customer interactions sign-ups and insurance education.

  • Monitor and maintain inventory of printed materials reorder supplies and ensure proper storage and distribution.

  • Support enrollment initiatives by guiding facility teams in setup and customer engagement processes.

  • Ensure facility readiness for customer-facing interactions and training sessions.

  • Handle general office support tasks such as photocopying scanning mail distribution and light clerical duties as needed.

  • Maintain professional relationships and act as onsite ambassador for the company s commitment to quality service.





Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate degree preferred.

  • 1 3 years of experience in administrative support facility coordination or a related role.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.

  • Comfortable working consistently onsite and collaborating with external facility staff.

  • Detail-oriented and capable of managing both operational and customer-facing duties.


Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience working in the self-storage or insurance industry.

  • Familiarity with customer enrollment processes signage setup and policy documentation.

  • Basic proficiency with office software (e.g. Microsoft Office Suite) and inventory tracking.

High school diploma or equivalent required; college education is a plus 2+ years of experience in facility or site management, preferably in storage, retail, or service environments Strong leadership and customer service skills Ability to handle basic maintenance tasks and coordinate vendors Proficiency in using scheduling, billing, or facility management systems Excellent communication, time management, and problem-solving abilities Must be able to lift up to 40 lbs and walk/stand for extended periods
