Job Description
Position Opening: Elementary Special Education InstructorAcademic Year
Location: On-Site Full-Time Inclusive School Setting
Clarifi Staffing Solutions is looking for a dedicated and student-centered Special Education Teacher to support an elementary school community during theschool year. This is a full-time on-site opportunity within a welcoming school environment that values collaboration equity and individualized instruction.
In this position you will be responsible for using data to monitor student progress and adjust interventions as needed to support academic and developmental growth. You ll deliver differentiated instruction tailored to meet each student s unique learning needs while maintaining accurate records and contributing to IEP meetings and student support planning. Collaboration is key you ll work closely with classroom teachers support staff and families to foster an inclusive and supportive learning environment. Additionally you will develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in alignment with state and federal regulations.
Requirements
Qualifications for this role include strong interpersonal communication and organizational skills; a Bachelor s or Master s degree in Special Education or a related field; and a demonstrated passion for supporting diverse learners and promoting educational equity. Prior experience in an elementary special education setting is preferred. Candidates should hold a valid teaching certification in Special Education with an LBS1 endorsement or equivalent strongly encouraged.
