Job Title: ServiceNow CSM Developer

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled ServiceNow CSM (Customer Service Management) Developer to join our team onsite in Atlanta GA. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing developing and implementing ServiceNow CSM solutions integrations and configurations aligned with business requirements. The role requires deep technical expertise in the ServiceNow platform with a focus on the CSM module.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop ServiceNow CSM applications and modules
- Customize and configure Customer Service Management workflows portals case management and knowledge management
- Work with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions
- Implement integrations between ServiceNow CSM and third-party systems (REST SOAP APIs)
- Develop scripts (client/server) business rules UI policies and data policies as required
- Perform unit testing and support user acceptance testing
- Create and maintain documentation for configuration development and deployment activities
- Monitor system performance and troubleshoot issues
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including ITSM ITOM and other ServiceNow developers
Required Qualifications:
- 7 years of experience in ServiceNow development
- 3 years specifically working with ServiceNow CSM module
- Strong knowledge of ServiceNow architecture and components
- Experience with scripting languages including JavaScript and Glide
- Experience building portals and configuring service catalogs within CSM
- Hands-on experience with integrations using REST/SOAP APIs
- Solid understanding of Agile and SDLC processes
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
Preferred:
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
- ServiceNow CSM Implementation Specialist Certification
Experience with ServiceNow ITSM ITOM or FSM is a plus
