Responsibilities:
Perform a wide range of maintenance services on various vehicles in a timely and efficient manner.
Provide accurate and detailed reports of repairs and services performed.
Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and follow manufacturer specifications.
Provide leadership and accountability for the technician team ensuring performance productivity and compliance.
Communicate effectively with advisors to explain repairs and services and address any concerns or questions.
Collaborate with the service team to maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications:
5 years of Automotive Technician experience preferred
High school diploma or equivalent
Ford Certification will be available
Thorough knowledge of automotive systems mechanics and components
Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time
Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment
