We are seeking a Lead Quick Lane Maintenance Technician to join our growing team! This individual will be responsible for performing a variety of mechanical services on vehicle diagnosing and repairing complex mechanical issues and providing exceptional customer service to our clients. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the automotive industry and a passion for delivering top-quality workmanship and can lead a team in a specific process.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform a wide range of maintenance services on various vehicles in a timely and efficient manner.

  • Provide accurate and detailed reports of repairs and services performed.

  • Ensure all work is completed to the highest standards and follow manufacturer specifications.

  • Provide leadership and accountability for the technician team ensuring performance productivity and compliance.

  • Continually maintain and update technical knowledge and skills through training and certifications.
  • Communicate effectively with advisors to explain repairs and services and address any concerns or questions.

  • Collaborate with the service team to maintain a clean and organized work area.

Qualifications:

  • 5 years of Automotive Technician experience preferred

  • High school diploma or equivalent

  • Ford Certification will be available

  • Thorough knowledge of automotive systems mechanics and components

  • Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent communication and customer service skills

  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for extended periods of time

  • Ability to work efficiently and independently in a fast-paced environment

  • Valid drivers license and clean driving record
