Job Description
Robert Brogdens Olathe Buick GMC is looking to add a Service Department Concierge/ Backup Advisor to its team. The Service Concierge/ Backup Advisor is responsible for assisting the Service Department with day to day functions to ensure excellent customer service. Responsibilities:
- Oversee Companys loaner vehicles. Check them in and out. Make sure that they are clean have gas and are ready for customers to use.
- Assist with scanning documents.
- Fill in for Advisors when needed.
- Cashier for customers to ensure quick check out process.
- Handle all internal service repair tickets and PDIs.
- Assist with Porter duties when needed.
- Help to keep the Service Department waiting area clean and orderly.
- Other duties as assigned by management.
Requirements:
- Strong organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize workflow
- Strong interpersonal and relationship building skills
- Have a valid drivers license
- Must be able to pass a background check and pre-hire drug screening
