The Opportunity:
As an Automotive Sales Consultant youll help customers find their perfect vehicle while building lasting relationships in our community. Youll be joining a forward-thinking team that embraces both traditional and digital sales approaches reaching customers wherever and however they prefer to shop.
What Youll Do:
- Connect with customers through multiple channels in person video phone text and email
- Guide customers through the vehicle selection process by asking thoughtful questions and listening carefully to their needs
- Perform knowledgeable professional presentations and demonstrations of new and pre-owned vehicles
- Utilize our DealerSocket CRM system to manage customer relationships
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries with the goal of setting appointments
- Learn to overcome objections and close sales effectively
- Support our commitment to maintaining a FIVE STAR reputation
- Participate in ongoing training to enhance product knowledge and sales techniques
What Youll Bring:
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- A genuine passion for helping others
- Strong listening skills and customer service orientation
- Good understanding of finance and math concepts
- Valid drivers license and clean driving history
- Previous sales experience is highly valued (automotive experience is a plus)
- Bilingual capabilities are a plus (English and Spanish preferred)
