Job Description
We are currently seeking a Service Communications Advisor to join our growing team in Cincinnati OH. This role is responsible for facilitating effective internal and external communication strategies that support customer service operations and enhance client satisfaction. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented proactive and skilled in managing service-related inquiries across multiple channels.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary liaison between service teams and clients ensuring clear and timely communication.
Draft and distribute service updates notices and reports.
Monitor client feedback and provide solutions to address service-related concerns.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align communication with service delivery goals.
Analyze communication trends and recommend improvements.
Maintain accurate records of interactions and resolutions.
Support training initiatives related to communication protocols.
Qualifications :
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Communications Business Administration or a related field.
Minimum of 2 years of experience in a communications customer service or advisory role.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Excellent organizational and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and communication management tools.
Ability to work both independently and within a team environment.
