Job Description
OVERVIEW
Starting wage is based on a number of factors including but not limited to the position being offered location education training and/or experience. Construction Resources offers additional competitive and non-financial benefits.
The Appliance Installer is responsible for delivering and installing kitchen and laundry appliances. This position will provide superior service in retail customers homes.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Responsibilities:
- Proficient with the installation of high-end brand products and appliances such as Sub-Zero/Wolf Viking Dacor Thermador Miele Bosch and Jenn-Air.
- Ability to effectively communicate both inside and outside of the company.
- Provide exceptional customer service to residential accounts.
- Maintain truck and inventory in good order.
- Inspect appliance components to ensure working properly.
- Competent in filling out daily reports and reconciling parts orders and service calls.
- Complete billing and invoicing paperwork.
- Lift and move heavy appliances in a safe manner.
Basic Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 3 years experience installing high-end brand products and appliances.
- Proficiency with various hand tools.
- 1 to 3 years refrigeration experience.
- Seal system certification required.
- Clean driving record required.
- Detail oriented with strong organization skills.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Minimum 5 years experience installing high-end brand products and appliances.
- National Appliance Service Technician Certification.
