Role Overview
Were looking for an associate who thrives in the fast-paced world of M&A and is passionate about making an impact on transformational deals. Youll have the chance to lead sophisticated transactions collaborate with some of the brightest minds in the industry and drive strategic outcomes for cutting-edge companies.
What Youll Bring
- Relevant Expertise: Juris Doctorate and licensed and in good standing with the state bar. A strong background in public and private company mergers acquisitions and other strategic transactions in a law firm setting. (AmLaw experience preferred not required).
- Leadership Experience: Proven ability to serve as a lead associate attorney including drafting definitive agreements overseeing transaction workflows supervising junior associates coordinating with specialists and managing client relationships.
- Excellence in Execution: Superior academic credentials strong law firm experience and polished verbal written and interpersonal skills.
- Collaborative Approach: A natural ability to work effectively across teams and with diverse stakeholders including clients transaction counterparts and subject matter experts.
