ChristianaCare MAP2 Practice: Primary Care Physician
Location: 4735 Ogletown Stanton Rd #1250 Newark DE 19713
ChristianaCare a nationally recognized leader in healthcare is actively recruiting a dedicated Primary Care Physician to join our growing practice in Newark Delaware. Family Medicine and Internal Medicine physicians are encouraged to apply!
Position Highlights:
- Team Composition: 23 providers. A collaborative mix of FM Med-Peds and APCS. With a robust support staff of nurses MAs clinical pharmacist social workers behavioral health specialists and front office staff!
- Patient Demographics: All ages
- Patient volume: 12-16 patients on average
- Virtual Flexibility: Opportunity for one virtual day per week.
- Call Schedule: 1:12. Aprox 4 weeks per year.
- Additional Compensation: Paid desktop coverage and moonlighting opportunities available.
- Patient Focus: With our inboxologist and new DAX/Co-pilot scribe system you can devote more focus on patients vs your inbox and note taking on laptop
- Proximity: Close to ChristianaCares main hospital campus in Newark DE.
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive primary care services to a diverse patient population.
- Utilize onsite case management for chronic disease and virtual behavioral health consultant.
- Participate in clinical collaboration and onsite group consultations.

Compensation & Benefits Package:
- Comprehensive and lucrative compensation plan including base salary multiple bonus incentives loan repayment options (including eligibility for Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF)) plus sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.

Annual Compensation Range $251302.00 - $361417.00The above compensation range represents ChristianaCares good faith and reasonable estimate of compensation at the time of posting for full-time hours in the respective specialty. The actual compensation within this range offered to a successful candidate will depend on a variety of factors including without limitation the fair market value for physician services in the relevant specialty and the candidates relevant experience education training credentials and qualifications as they relate to specific job requirements. The compensation range listed may encompass various forms of applicable compensation for this position including but not limited to productivity incentives value-based incentives and other ancillary forms of compensation dependent upon operational factors such as hours worked call coverage and other factors.
