Job Description
Arundel Ford is currently seeking an experienced and motivated Automotive Service Technician to join our service department. The ideal candidate will have strong diagnostic abilities a commitment to quality and the ability to perform both routine maintenance and complex repairs. Youll work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment with steady work and supportive leadership.

Job Type: Full-time
Schedule: Monday to Friday rotating Saturdays
Work Requirements:
Work Schedule: 8-hour shifts
Ability to Commute: Arundel ME (Required)
Work Location: In person
Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair vehicle issues accurately and efficiently
Perform maintenance tasks including oil changes brake jobs tire rotations and alignments
Use diagnostic equipment to identify issues in electrical and mechanical systems
Communicate with service advisors about repair status and recommendations
Document services performed and complete repair orders thoroughly
Follow all safety protocols and manufacturer guidelines
Maintain a clean organized and professional work environment
Qualifications
2 years of experience as an automotive technician preferred
Ford certifications a plus but not required
Solid understanding of vehicle systems and diagnostics
Ability to use scan tools and repair software effectively
Valid drivers license with clean driving record
Must be able to pass a background check and drug screening
Capable of lifting 50 lbs and handling physical shop demands
