Central Ohio Primary Care Physicians is seeking a full-time Recruiter at our Central Business Office in Westerville OH. The Recruiter is housed within our Human Resources department and is responsible for full life cycle high-volume recruitment which includes identifying interviewing screening and presenting qualified candidates for open positions across various medical practices in Central Ohio. These positions include clinical/clerical openings at our offices along with professional roles within the central business office. This position works closely with hiring managers and internal/external candidates to ensure a timely and efficient recruiting process.
Essential Functions and Responsibilities:
- Source and screen prospective candidates for current and future hiring needs of over 80 locations in Central Ohio.
- Collaborate with hiring managers in developing job requirements and expectations for hiring and position needs.
- Work closely with Human Resources Business Partners to identify recruiting and retention efforts across the organization.
- Utilize the UKG Applicant Tracking System and complete data entry related to recruiting activities job postings and hiring. Prepare recruitment materials and post job advertisements to appropriate job boards and niche sites.
- Conduct and schedule interviews using various recruiting and selection tools and methods to filter candidates within pipeline.
- Serve as a point of contact regarding matters related to recruitment and selection techniques.
- Provide timely customer service to managers candidates and staff.
- Recommend hiring wage in conjunction with hiring manager and negotiate job offer with candidates. Work closely with total rewards team as needed on offers and compensation needs.
- Partner with local organizations and attend hiring events representing COPC to generate supply of qualified candidates.
- Maintain current knowledge base regarding employment and labor laws.
- Perform other related duties as assigned

Education Licensures & Certifications:
Required: Bachelors degree in human resources business administration or a related field; or equivalent education and experience.
Required: Minimum of 1-2 years of prior high volume recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment with demonstrated ability to develop recruitment and sourcing strategies.
