Job Description
Beuckman Ford is actively seeking a highly experienced and certified Senior Master Technician to join our service department. This role is ideal for a Ford Senior Master Certified technician who is confident in handling advanced diagnostics complex repairs and mentoring less experienced team members. Youll work in a well-equipped shop with strong leadership and a consistent flow of work.

Schedule: Monday to Friday No Saturdays!
Work Requirements:
Work Schedule: 8-hour shifts
Ability to Commute: Ellisville MO (Required)
Work Location: In person
Responsibilities
Diagnose and repair advanced electrical mechanical and engine-related issues
Perform in-depth diagnostics using Ford OEM tools and systems
Lead by example in delivering efficient accurate and high-quality repair work
Communicate clearly with service advisors about repair needs and timelines
Assist and mentor junior technicians with troubleshooting and repair procedures
Maintain a clean organized work area and adhere to all safety regulations
Stay up to date with manufacturer training and certifications
Qualifications
Ford Senior Master Certification required
5 years of hands-on automotive repair experience
Expert knowledge of Ford systems Power Stroke diesel engines and diagnostic protocols
Proficient with IDS/FDRS and Ford-specific diagnostic platforms
Strong leadership mentoring and problem-solving abilities
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
Ability to pass a background check and drug test
