We are currently seeking a skilled and professional Service Communications Advisor to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all service-related communication between our clients vendors and internal teams. This role ensures service requests are communicated clearly issues are resolved promptly and customer satisfaction is maintained at all times.
Responsibilities
Serve as the main point of contact for service-related communications
Coordinate with service teams vendors and property managers to ensure timely responses
Monitor document and follow up on service requests and maintenance tickets
Provide clear and professional communication to clients regarding service timelines and resolutions
Analyze recurring service issues and suggest improvements to enhance efficiency
Prepare regular reports on service communication outcomes and performance
Ensure compliance with internal communication standards and protocols
Collaborate with other departments to streamline communication workflows
