Summary:
A leading law firm is seeking a poised professional Receptionist to join their Los Angeles office in a full-time fully on-site role. This is a highly visible front-desk position that serves as the first point of contact for high-profile clients guests and internal stakeholders. The ideal candidate has a polished client-service mindset and can manage a fast-paced hospitality-infused environment. This position supports senior attorneys and staff with reception duties conference room setup scheduling and event coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet clients and visitors with warmth and professionalism
Manage incoming calls and direct inquiries appropriately
Schedule meetings and handle conference room setups
Support coordination of events catering and logistics
Create a welcoming and polished front-office environment
Liaise with attorneys staff and leadership with a high level of discretion
Maintain lobby and guest areas to reflect the firms professional standards
Qualifications:
2 years of experience in a front-desk hospitality or receptionist role (law firm or corporate preferred)
Background in hotels corporate concierge or high-end customer service settings strongly valued
Executive presence with strong interpersonal and communication skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook and Office Suite
Familiarity with Microsoft Teams or conference room booking systems (e.g. EMS)
Bachelors degree preferred but equivalent experience accepted
Must be comfortable working fully on-site Monday through Friday (9:00 AM 5:30 PM PT)
Full Time
