WHAT YOULL DO
As an Investment Associate youll play a key role in supporting the Portfolio Management team by helping to manage portfolios streamline operations and deliver an exceptional client experience.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
Trading and portfolio rebalancing
Managing and maintaining portfolio management software systems
Preparing reports for weekly Asset Management Committee meetings
Preparing materials and presentations for clients and prospective clients
Compliance and regulatory administrative assistance
Assist CIO and Portfolio Managers with ad hoc projects
What We Are Looking For
Minimum 12 years of experience in investment management wealth management or financial services
Exceptional analytical and written/verbal communication skills
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office especially Excel
Tech-savvy mindset with the ability to learn new tools quickly
A collaborative spirit and strong organizational and attention to detail skills
A proactive energetic approach with a strong sense of accountability
Comfort working in a dynamic entrepreneurial environment
Nice-to-Have Requirements
Experience with portfolio management or trading platforms
Familiarity with compliance and regulatory standards in financial services
