Welder/Fabricator
Hatched Talent Solutions is working with a long-established precision engineering company currently investing in new machinery and upskilling across its workshop. This is a great opportunity for an experienced Welder/Fabricator to join a growing team and contribute to a company focused on quality and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out high-quality TIG welding on a variety of materials
- Read and interpret engineering drawings with precision
- Fabricate components to tight tolerances using workshop machinery and hand tools
- Operate both independently and as part of a skilled team
- Maintain high standards of safety quality and workshop cleanliness
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience with TIG welding (essential)
- Ability to read and work from technical drawings
- Strong fabrication skills and attention to detail
- Positive proactive approach to learning and development
