Were looking for a Design Engineer to join our Engineering Team based in Melbourne VIC.
What will you be doing
Responsible for supporting technical solutions to meet the customers needs (modernised lift projects)
Engineer designs and modifications to adapt new equipment in existing environments
Draft manufacturing of parts
Responsible for verifying and ordering overseas equipment
Co-ordinate overseas and local materials to meet customer expectations
Perform engineering calculations to validate solutions
What are we looking for
Bachelor degree in Engineering or degree/certification in CAD drafting with experience in Design Engineering
3 years of relevant engineering experience in the elevator business highly desired
Good engineering tool experience e.g AutoCAD Inventor
Effective communication skills with the ability to communicate with confidence and clarity
Ability to understand and translate customer needs into KONE technical specifications
