Commercial Roofing Superintendent
DC-Baltimore
$75000 - $115000 benefits package
The Externals Group are working with a well established and growing Commercial Roofing & Building Envelope contractor who specialize in delivering high-quality roofing solutions to commercial properties nationwide.
A day in the life:
- Oversee daily roofing projects to keep work on schedule and within budget.
- Coordinate with crews subcontractors and project managers.
- Ensure safety standards are followed on-site.
- Manage materials and equipment deliveries.
- Solve on-site problems quickly to avoid delays.
- Guide and support crew members for quality results.

Key Requirements:
- 5 years experience in a Superintendent role (or similar).
- Expertise in commercial roofing specifically with single-ply asphalt cold-applied hot-applied and metal roofing projects preferred.
