Responsibilities:
Build and nurture long-term customer relationships creating lifelong clientele.
Apply a consultative selling approachactively listening to customers needs to match them with the ideal vehicle.
Develop extensive product knowledge mastering vehicle features options and latest technologies.
Conduct engaging professional vehicle demonstrations.
Ensure customer satisfaction through consistent follow-up promoting repeat and referral business.
Confidently manage sales conversations and effectively overcome objections.
Maintain regular communication with the Sales Manager regarding goals activities and performance analysis.
Exhibit a positive motivated attitude each daybring your best self to work!
Qualifications:
Flexible schedule availability including weekends
Driven proactive individual eager to learn and excel
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
Professional polished personal appearance
Valid drivers license and a clean driving record
