Temp/Freelance Role through 11/30/25 Potential for Full-Time

  • Department: Media / Decision Sciences
  • Reports to (Position): Analytics Director
  • Supervisory Responsibilities (Y/N): No
  • FLSA Status (Exempt vs. Non-Exempt): Exempt
  • Travel (%): 0-10%

We are looking for a motivated Web Analyst to join the Decision Sciences team within our Media Department. This position will be responsible for helping develop quantitative solutions to solve complex business problems. The Analyst will work in collaboration with the social media digital production and web teams. This position will be responsible for client-facing deliverables.

Skills and Capabilities

  • Work on different aspects of the digital analytics pipeline: measurement strategy implementation QA troubleshooting insights development visualization and optimization.
  • Analyze data with the goal to suggest changes that can make user experience on web properties seamless and frictionless.
  • Develop and execute multivariate website A/B tests and communicate results and insights.
  • Effectively communicate results to non-technical audiences.
  • Ensure all client materials meet/exceed expectations (content and quality) while meeting deadlines.

Requirements

  • 1 years of analytics experience.
  • Experience with Google Analytics or Adobe Analytics
  • Knowledge of descriptive statistics is required
  • Experience working with and creating custom data visualizations (e.g. Tableau Datorama Google Data Studio/Looker DOMO)

Bonus points

  • Experience with A/B testing and CRO (conversion rate optimization) tactics is not required but preferred
  • Hands on with one or more leading statistical packages (e.g. Python R SPSS SAS) is ideal
  • Knowledge of SQL & ETL preferred but not required

  • Highly curious and desire to carve new paths in strategies and use of technology and data
  • Operate with a high level of integrity and transparency
