PSCI-LIA a fast-growing 8(a) SDVOSB and woman-owned small business is seeking an experienced Business Intelligence Reporting Analyst/ Developer in Baltimore MD that is HYBRID/REMOTE in nature. This is a full-time position in Baltimore that may have a hybrid on-site attendance schedule but could accept remote for the right candidate. Candidates need to have experience in K-12 school systems.
Responsibilities:
Develop maintain and enhance interactive dashboards and reports using Tableau or Power BI to support business decision-making.
Translate business requirements into clear documentation and reporting specifications to guide development and ensure alignment with stakeholder needs.
Work with SQL databases to extract analyze and manipulate data for accurate and insightful reporting ensuring data integrity and consistency.
Apply data warehousing principles to structure reports and visualizations that draw from centralized optimized data sources.
Collaborate within an Office 365 environment (Excel Word PowerPoint Visio SharePoint Teams) to manage documentation present findings and communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Required Experience & Qualifications:
Bachelor degree required
5 years of experience or no college degree with 10 years of experience
Tableau or Power BI experience a must
Understand Data Warehouse principles
Knowledge of working in an Office 365 environment (Word Excel PPT or Visio SharePoint Teams)
Develop and maintain reports and dashboards
Create develop maintain documents that outline requirements for reports
Knowledge of SQL database and data management
