Job Description
- Quality & Environmental Management Systems
- Ensure the effective implementation and continual improvement of the companys Quality and Environmental Management Systems.
- Maintain compliance with ISO 9001 standards and other applicable certifications.
- Process Control & Monitoring
- Monitor factory processes to ensure they operate within controlled environments and meet defined quality and environmental requirements
- Oversee the implementation and effectiveness of Statistical Process Control (SPC) across relevant operations.
- Documentation & System Control
- Ensure all quality and environmental documentation is properly maintained updated and controlled.
- Act as Key User for PJ POMS ensuring system integrity and data accuracy.
- Waste Management & Legal Compliance
- Manage scheduled general and domestic waste in accordance with legal and environmental regulations as per ISO14001
- Oversee the scrap yard and scheduled waste storage areas to ensure proper handling and compliance.
- Environmental Requirement
- Ensure the sewage treatment plant is monitored and maintained in compliance with legal and environmental standards.
- Compliance Management System
- Conduct regular evaluations of compliance obligations and ensure all requirements are fulfilled
- Plant Compliance Contact person for compliance Management system
- Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and manage the Quality System Team to ensure high performance collaboration and continuous development
- Provide guidance coaching and support to team members to achieve departmental goals.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors Degree in a technical discipline (e.g. Engineering Environmental Science Industrial Technology) or Mathematics is preferred. Candidates with relevant experience and qualifications will be considered an advantage.
- Certified as Lead Auditor for ISO 9001:2008 trained as ISO/TS 16949 OHSAS 18001 and EMS ISO 14001 auditor. Further qualification encouraged.
Additional Information :
