We are seeking a motivated and team-oriented Front Counter Assistant Director who is passionate about creating exceptional guest experiences and building a high-performing positive team this role you will be responsible for ensuring a consistently strong experience at the front counter leading by example and setting the standard for excellent service.
Youll play a key role in identifying opportunities to improve both operational systems and service standards always looking for ways to make the guest experience smoother and more memorable. Beyond the counter youll intentionally invest in developing your team providing coaching and support to help team members and emerging leaders grow in confidence and capability.
Fostering a strong sense of morale and camaraderie among your team will be central to your leadership approach. Youll help create a workplace where people feel valued motivated and excited to come to work. Additionally youll be responsible for leading weekly area group meetings to align goals share updates and keep the team engaged and informed.
