Steve Rayman Chevrolet one of the highest volume and most respected Chevrolet dealerships in the Southeast is seeking anexperienced and driven Service Managerto lead our fast-paced high-performing service department.

What Youll Do:
- Lead mentor and develop a team of service advisors technicians and support staff
- Ensure exceptional customer satisfaction and retention
- Drive fixed ops performance through efficient shop loading WIP control and profitability focus
- Maintain compliance with OEM standards and dealership policies
- Collaborate cross-departmentally to deliver a seamless customer experience
Requirements
What Were Looking For:
- Proven track record as a Service Manager or Assistant Manager in a high-volume dealership
- Strong leadership team-building and operational skills
- Deep understanding of fixed operations KPIs and CSI goals
- Reynolds & Reynolds and CDK experience a plus
- Bilingual candidates encouraged to apply
- GM Experience preferred but not required
