Job Description
Come join the team at Caskinette Ford! We are the largest volume dealerships in the North Country. Due to our Service expansion and high customer demand we are hiring a Parts Counter Person. Our fast-paced busy environment keeps you engaged as we handle a high volume of customer needs daily!
Responsibilities:
- Receiving stocking picking and shipping
- Assisting with packing and unpacking parts
- Responding quickly to technicians parts requests
- Researching and locating products
- Running various inventory reports in order to maintain proper inventory
- Professionalhandling of phones and counter sales as needed
- Effectively communicating with employees customers managers vendors and the public
Qualifications:
Ability to identify the problem quickly
Knowledge of automobiles
Ability to learn new technology and repair and service procedures and specifications
Ability to lift 50 pounds and work on your feet for extended periods of time
Positive friendly attitude while providing exceptional customer service
High school diploma or equivalent
Experience with auto parts sales (preferred)
Ability to work in a fast-paced work environment
Strong organizational and time management skills
Detail-oriented have a professional appearance and strong work ethic
