Job Description
Cross Country Workforce Solutions Group is the nations leading provider of non-medical in-home care for the elderly in PACE programs.
We are seeking compassionate Bilingual Spanish Speaking Caregivers (PCA) due to needs to provide support to our senior population! You will be responsible for ensuring that our participants receive the highest level of care possible in the comfort of their own home. We have multiple positions available to aide participants who reside in Reseda Burbank Hollywood InglewoodAugora Hills Calabasas CA and surrounding areas!
Caregivers (PCA)Responsibilities:
Travel to participant(s) home to provide assistance with activities of daily living such as: Personal Care Services: bathing dressing toileting lift transfer
Meal Preparation: prepare and clean-up
Daily Living Services including but not limited to laundry and grocery pick-up wipe down dusting take out trash
Communicate all incidents injury or changes in participants condition to supervisor; act and respond quickly in case of emergency
Caregivers (PCA)Requirements:
- Bilingual Spanish
- Minimum of 1 year of experience
- Weekend Availability
- Pass Physical - TB Test and Criminal Background Check
- Reliable Vehicle Drivers License Auto Insurance (only if driving)
- Pass 4- Panel Drug Test (No THC Testing)
- Smart Phone and Email Address
