Job Description
Cross Country Workforce Solutions Group is a leading provider of non-medical in-home care for the elderly in PACE programs.
We are seeking compassionate and reliable Bilingual Spanish Caregivers (PCA) to join our on-call program where youll make a meaningful impact on the lives of seniors in Los Angeles Orange County and surrounding cities. Caregiver (PCA) Position Overview:
On-call caregivers are guaranteed to workup to 32 hours per week with compensation for your availability even if youre not assigned to see participants during those hours. We ensure fair pay for your commitment and readiness.
Caregivers must be prepared to accept and be available for any shifts offered by the branch. This includes flexibility to work mornings afternoons evenings and weekends to meet the needs of our participants.
Caregivers must maintainconsistent availabilitythroughout the week to ensure the branch can provide uninterrupted care services. You will play a crucial role in ensuring our participants always have the support they need.
Caregiver (PCA) Responsibilities:
Providepersonal care servicesincluding bathing dressing toileting and transfers.
Assist withmeal preparationand kitchen clean-up.
Offerdaily living supportsuch as laundry grocery shopping light cleaning and other household tasks.
Document all incidents injuries or changesin participants conditions and communicate them to your supervisor.
Respond promptly in emergency situations ensuring the safety and comfort of participants.
Caregiver (PCA) Requirements:
Minimum 1 year of experience in Senior Care
- Bilingual Spanish
Must be available to work a variety of shifts including mornings afternoons evenings and weekends.
Reliable vehicle valid drivers license and auto insurance.
CurrentBLS/CPR/First Aid certification or willing to obtain
Must pass a criminal background check physical (including TB Varicella MMR) and a4-panel drug test(No THC testing).
Smartphone and email access for work communications.
Caregiver (PCA) Benefits:
Earn up to 32 hours per week with compensation for availability.
Ability to choose from a range of shifts while guaranteeing weekly hours.
Receive $100 for each successful referral.
FreeBLS/CPR/First Aid Certification. (Conditions Apply)
Full-time caregivers are eligible for medical dental vision life insurance and a 401(k).
Mileage Reimbursement for travel between participant homes (conditions apply).
