JobDescription:TheProject Engineerassists theProject Management Team in meeting the Companysobjectives and goals which includeensuringprojectsare completed safelyon time within budget and per contract and Engineeralong with theProjectManagement teammaintaina safe working environment for all employees.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Provideexceptional first class customer service.Assist with the execution and management of the terms ofproject contracts.
Prepare and present computer generated spreadsheets and reports.
Maintain regular communication and collaboration withentire project team including Project Foreman Project Manager General Contractor Architect/Engineer and other subcontractors.
Generate maintain and facilitateprojectdocumentation in the execution oftheconstruction processes for all-phases of will include but is not limited to requests for information submittalsdrawings specificationspurchase orders material orderschange ordersclose-out documentsetc.
Demonstrate attention to detail efficiencyand integrityin all aspects of the work.
Maintain flexibility with assigned work environment and assignedproject required to commute to variousjobsite locations.
Attend and conduct meetings as required.
Hold a valid drivers license and responsible transportation required.
Comply with all company operating policies procedures and safety programs as established.
Other duties may be assigned as specific projects dictate
Desired Skills and Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree in Electrical Engineering Construction Management or related field
1-2 years prior experience in related field via internships co-ops and/orindustryemployment
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to multi-task stay organized and manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility and adaptability in utilizing a wide range of computer software including Microsoft OfficeAccubidConstructwareKahuaProcorePlanGrid etc.
Engineer-in-training certification Journeyman license and field experiencepreferred but not required.
Work Environment
While performing the duties of this job the employee is frequently exposed to fumes airborne particles moving mechanical parts and vibration. The employee is occasionally exposed to a variety of extreme conditions at construction job sites. The noise level in the work environment and job sites can be loud. This position is performed inside and outside which may include adverse weather conditions and uneven working surfaces.

The employee is occasionally required to sit; climb or balance; and stoop kneel crouch or crawl stand . The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision distance vision color vision peripheral vision depth perception and ability to adjust focus.
