Learn more at and Johnson Innovative Medicine a division of Johnson & Johnsons Family of Companies is recruiting for a Portfolio Specialist I located in Raritan NJ; Titusville NJ; Horsham PA; or Spring House PA.
The Portfolio Specialist for Regulatory Operations and Digital Innovation (RODI) RA Portfolio is responsible for planning executing and closing projects according to deadlines and within budget. This role involves leading project teams coordinating resources and communicating with stakeholders to ensure project objectives are met effectively.
Key Responsibilities:
Support the Portfolio Manager by providing analytical and operational assistance.
Oversee Project Management tool to monitor and track portfolio initiatives ensuring adherence to timelines budgets and expected outcomes. Establish metrics and KPIs to measure progress and regularly report to stakeholders.
Focus on administrative and customer service aspects of portfolio management including scheduling portfolio meetings taking meeting minutes and managing customer inquiries.
Conduct research and prepare reports on market trends and investment performance.
Assist in the development of presentation materials for stakeholders.
Collaborate with leaders to manage risks oversee project alignments with organizational goals and enhance governance models.
Identify value drivers monitor benefits realization and effectively communicate outcomes to stakeholders.
Support change management by developing plans for process and technology initiatives assessing organizational readiness and measuring the impact of changes within the portfolio.
Develop and maintain a diverse range of training and communication materials to end users and stakeholders.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree preferably in a science related field.
Experience in leading projects.
Strong organizational and project management skills.
Excellent writing editing and proofreading skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
Strong interpersonal and networking skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships.
High level of creativity and strategic thinking with the ability to develop innovative solutions.
Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Capable of working independently and collaboratively within a team.

The anticipated base pay range for this position is :
$89000-$143750Additional Description for Pay Transparency:
Subject to the terms of their respective plans employees and/or eligible dependents are eligible to participate in the following Company sponsored employee benefit programs: medical dental vision life insurance short- and long-term disability business accident insurance and group legal insurance.
