Job Summary
Lead Health Safety and Environment (HSE) activities for KVI sites across Italy and Europe:
- Guarantee compliance with local legislation company policies and project-specific HSE standards.
- Coordinate HSE management plans and deliverables with HSE professionals.
- Conduct regular project audits and site inspections.
- Deliver ongoing training and information sessions on HSE topics to relevant staff.
- Investigate HSE incidents perform root cause analyses and implement corrective actions and lessons learned.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in engineering or safety or another scientific field.
- 5 years experience as HSE Manager in Construction and Commissioning projects.
- Solid understanding of HSE management systems and standards including ISO 14001 & ISO 45001 and strong knowledge of Italian HSE Legislation.
- Willingness to travel approximately 50% of the time.
- Excellent communication skills persuasive and enduring personality with a solution-oriented mindset.
- Fluency in Italian and English.
