Job Description
Were launching a bold new American-style menu and were looking for a Sous Chef to help bring it to life. Think flame-grilled steaks stacked burgers and a fast-paced kitchen full of energy.
Youll support the Head Chef and confidently lead the team in their absence ensuring smooth operations and high standards. Youll also play a key role in managing stock controlling costs and supporting financial performance.

Qualifications :
- NVQ Level 2 in Hospitality is preferred but not essential
- Experience of leading a team
- Experience of financial budgeting within a Food & Beverage business
