Job Description
Animal Care Center in Princeton West Virginia (just one hour from Blacksburg) is a team of compassionate and experienced veterinarians who practice high quality veterinary medicine in a collaborative small-animal focused environment. Our beautiful 10000 square foot custom-built facility includes ultrasound and endoscopy/rhinoscopy units laser therapy and laser surgery equipment and a layout designed to facilitate smooth workflows. We offer quality mentorship from multiple experienced veterinarians on staff and customized scheduling opportunities to meet your needs in order to allow a better work life balance. Compensation & Benefits
- Full-time base salary range: $115-145k. Commensurate with skillset experience schedule and your preferred pace.
- Earning potential on monthly no negative accrual bonus plan: up to $175k
- Additional opportunities to earn: Highly competitive monthly no negative accrual bonus plan. Bonus plan is not mandatory (for candidates preferring straight salary). Equity opportunity available starting early 2025.
- Relocation stipend
- Bonus in exchange for multi-year commitment negotiable; commensurate with length of commitment skillset and schedule commitment
