Top Ford Dealership in New England is looking for qualified candidates to add to our Service BDC team! We receive a high volume of calls leads and online chats and need help keeping up with them all.
Experience in BDC is welcomed but not required. Will train the right person. We are looking for someone who is reliable self-motivated and upbeat to add to our team. This is a fast paced environment so multitasking and being coachable is a must! Our team handles all of the inbound service calls for the dealership answers service leads and communicate with customers on the online chat. Must be comfortable speaking on the phone with customers as well as writing email/texts.
This is a full-time position and must be able to work weekends and some closing shifts (6pm).
