Job Description
Veolia Energia polska is looking for a VIE - Junior Asset Management Support Specialist (M/W) in LODZ POLAND:
Youll be joining a team of 19 experts and lead engineers responsible for developing asset management strategies across various energy sectors within Veolia Group in Poland and you will report to the Director of Maintenance and Development of Technical Assets.
Your missions :
- 1. Support for data cleaning and structuring in Maximo system
- 2. Assistance in analyzing asset management data and creating reports
- 3. Help develop and maintain dashboards for asset management
- 4. Verify data from asset management accuracy and completeness
- 5. Participate as support in decarbonization projects in Group Veolia in Poland
- 6. Learn asset management best practices and tools within Central Asset Management organization
Qualifications :
- Educational background: technical - especially energy
- Skills: analytics familiarity with Excel or similar tools Google Looker Studio Basic understanding of data analysis Basic knowledge of asset management
- Languages: English fluent Polish - nice to have

Duration : 12 months renewable
Remuneration : 233253 net/month (according to the rates of July 2025)
