About the Role:
- Diploma/Degree in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering by reputed University by Approved AICTE.
Minimum 4-5 Years experience in Facility/Asset services of Commercial property.
Good knowledge in technical specially HVAC Electrical Plumbing DG set and building related equipments.
Good in written/verbal communication.
About You:
Experience within the Property industry is advantageous
Strong written and oral communication skills
High attention to detail and the ability to operate in a fast-paced environment
