Identify develop and implement processes to enhance sales business performance and effectiveness.
Build and manage data platforms necessary for analytics and insights; oversee external data providers.
Identify opportunities and challenges quantify them prioritize and provide solutions to overcome the challenge or maximize the opportunity.
Sales development analysis (by customer by channel by distribution point etc.).
Evaluate customer performance in all sales fundamentals.
SHOPPER INSIGHTS
Regularly produce and share reports: weekly/monthly Nielsen dashboards BPR reports impulse data sharing summaries store count monitoring etc.
Summarize shopper research findings and disseminate key takeaways across relevant Red Bull teams.
Develop shopper-driven sales arguments to support commercial and field teams.
CATEGORY MANAGEMENT
Neutral analysis of categories and environment taking all placements into account.
Continuous monitor the market with a focus on shopper and retail trends.
Analysis and optimization of the existing assortment and shelf layouts (soft drinks & energy drinks).
Creation of shelf layouts using appropriate planogramming software.
Preparation of results and presentation during customer meetings.
Development of innovative Category Management concepts and arguments as well as continuous improvement of existing approaches and methods.
BUILD AND MONITOR THE OFF PREMISE PLAN
Generate relevant insights to help shape the overall Off Premise strategy.
With the National Off Premise Manager build a general category narrative for clients.
Work closely with KAMs/CatMans to tailor the global strategy to each distribution channel: build and quantify action plans per channel (assortment merchandising refrigeration pricing promotion etc.).
Monitor and ensure proper execution of the business plan (e.g. innovation launches and retail activities).
Qualifications :
University degree in Economics / Business
A proven track record of 3-5 years professional experience in business/data analysis business development strategy or a similar position ideally in the consumer goods sector
Strong analytical mindset with a keen affinity for numbers data interpretation and effective visualization
Confident and approachable communicator with outstanding presentation and interpersonal skills
High level of integrity discretion and respect for confidentiality
Excellent problem-solving abilities with a solution-oriented mindset
Proficiency in Nielsen or equivalent data tools
Advanced Excel skills and strong command of data visualization/analytics platforms
Proficiency in English
