In this role you will:
- Provide HR support to North America GTM teams ensuring seamless communication and effective problem-solving.
- Partner with Centers of Excellence (Learning Performance ER Ops etc.) to align people programs with business priorities.
- Execute and improve key people processes including performance cycles engagement surveys and talent reviews focusing on efficiency and effectiveness.
- Analyze HR data to provide actionable insights and support data-driven decision-making with support from the team.
- Conduct process reviews and implement improvements to enhance efficiency and stakeholder alignment.
- Provide timely and accurate HR consultation to managers and employees resolving issues with sound judgment.
- Support onboarding and offboarding processes focusing on scalability and efficiency.
- Track team OKRs and identify potential challenges.
- Contribute to team priority setting and organization.
- Champion role model and embed Samsaras cultural principles (Focus on Customer Success Build for the Long Term Adopt a Growth Mindset Be Inclusive Win as a Team) as we scale globally and across new offices.
Minimum requirements for the role:
- 2 years of overall professional experience; 1 year of professional experience in HR employee relations or a related field with experience supporting teams in fast-paced cross-functional environments (management consulting experience considered).
- Strong bias for action and a roll-up-your-sleeves attitude.
- Experience using data to drive insights and action.
- Proficiency in spreadsheet software (e.g. Google Sheets Excel) including vlookups.
- Proficiency with project management tools.
- Consulting coaching and facilitation skills.
- Proven ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced iterative environment.
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills.
