The Opportunity
Were looking for aCertified Pilates Instructorto join our teampart-time(with potential to grow into a full-time role). Whether youre an experienced teacher or newly certified and eager to inspire this is your chance to grow with asupportive client-centered studiothat values connection and excellence.
What Youll Do
- Leadsafe engaging and personalizedPilates sessions including private semi-private and group classes
- Create meaningful connections with clients offeringtailored modifications and progressions
- Collaborate with our team to maintain anexceptional studio cultureand consistent instruction quality
- Stay informed and inspired through ongoing education inPilates anatomy and movement trends
- Help foster apositive inclusive and empowering environment
Who You Are
- Certified in Pilates (Equipment)through a reputable training program
- Passionate abouthealth wellness and helping others thrive
- A strong communicator with excellentcueing and client relationship skills
- Skilled at adapting sessions to meet a variety of abilities and experience levels
- Ateam playerwho enjoys working collaboratively
- Have a minimum of2 years experience teaching dynamic group reformer classes
Bonus Points For
- Experience in aboutique studio or wellness-focused setting
- Background inphysical therapy dance or movement science
- Additional certifications such asPre/Postnatal Barre TRX Yoga or Specialist programs
