Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Divisional Vice President Sales - Lease to join our team.  This key leadership role will be responsible for driving growth and profitability in our lease sales division developing and implementing strategic sales initiatives and leading a high-performing team of sales professionals.  This is a remote first role and reports into the Vice President of Sales.

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies to achieve and exceed divisional revenue targets
  • Lead mentor and motivate a team of sales professionals to peak performance
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance product offerings and customer experience
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry partners
  • Oversee the preparation and presentation of sales forecasts budgets and performance reports
  • Drive innovation in sales processes and methodologies to improve efficiency and effectiveness
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies in all sales activities
  • Represent the company at industry events conferences and high-level client meetings

Qualifications :

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Finance or related field; MBA preferred
  • 2-4 years of progressive experience in sales leadership roles with a focus on lease sales
  • Proven track record of consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • In-depth knowledge of lease industry trends regulations and financial instruments
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
  • Excellent leadership and team management abilities with a talent for motivating and developing sales professionals
  • Superior negotiation and relationship-building skills
  • Proficiency in CRM software and financial analysis tools
  • Outstanding presentation and public speaking skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced results-oriented environment
  • Willingness to travel as required for client meetings and industry events
