Provide contact and liaison between customers the sales team and internal departments. Process incoming orders; receive evaluate and respond to written or telephoned customer inquiries in a timely manner. Work within established guidelines in order to achieve the objectives of the service agreement consistent with customer expectations company policy and profit and quality requirements.Stock Yards - Las Vegas
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30am - 4:00 pm
The starting rate is $19.00/hr
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Receive inbound calls and place outbound calls to customers in order to provide information about products and servicesto takeorders ortroubleshoot and resolve challenges.
Keep records of customer interactions and transactions recording details of inquiries issues and comments as well as actions taken.
Respond to customers service or billing questions; check to ensure that appropriate changes were made to resolve customers questions.
Ability tosolve problems troubleshoot and prioritize tasks for urgency throughout the day.
Be flexible and work well in aneverchangingandfast pacedenvironment.
Phone and email etiquette and standards of excellence in all forms of communication.
Coordinate same-day deliveries and pickups for customers. Process pickup requests from customers and Sales team. Respond to delivery/routing questions from customers.
Respond to product inquiries from customers.
Confirm invoices in system put in numerical order and file invoices.
Proactively identify opportunities for improvements in products shipping service or billing methods and procedures to help to continue to grow our business.
Other duties as assigned by Manager.

WORK ENVIRONMENT
Onsite: The associate in this role is expected to perform assigned responsibilities inside a US Foods office-based environment.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
Three years experience in customer service required
Excellent verbal communication skills and problem resolution ability required.
Familiar with Microsoft Office products (e.g. Word Excel Access Outlook).
EDUCATION
High School Diploma or equivalent required
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Experience in working in food manufacturing or distribution.
