Description

Womens Care founded in 1998 is a leading womens healthcare group in the United States dedicated to providing the highest quality of care for women through their reproductive years and beyond. With 100 locations and over 400 OB/GYNs and specialists across the country Womens Care provides comprehensive patient care in obstetrics gynecology gynecologic oncology urogynecology gynecologic pathology breast surgery genetic counseling maternal fetal medicine laboratory services and fertility.

The Maintenance Technician provides repair and maintenance of equipment facilities and building structures at Womens Care healthcare clinics under the direction of the Facilities Director.

  • Travels to various healthcare clinics and provides facility repairs and work order completion records.
  • Manages work order system.
  • Records Life Safety equipment maintenance.
  • Performs all repairs in compliance with the state and local healthcare governing agencies.
  • Manages and oversees outside contractors.
  • Demonstrates and embodies the Womens Care mission and core values.
  • Compliance with all HIPAA rules regulations and guidelines.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 2-3 years experience in healthcare or biomedical facilities maintenance.
  • Experience in one or more building trades: HVAC plumbing electrical and general carpentry.
  • Basic knowledge of Life Safety equipment (general function and operation).
  • General computer knowledge and experience.
  • Familiarity with preventative maintenance work order systems.
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to prioritize and follow specified procedures.
  • Must be dependable reliable and punctual.
