Job Description
- Recruitment for the plant (posting vacancies initial independent screening and candidate search conducting preliminary interviews)
- Work in systems: SAP SuccessFactors Smart Recruiters and others
- Development and implementation of an effective approach to Learning& Development process at the plant
- Support performance & talent management processes
- HR Analitycs & KPI tracking (monthly etc)
- Perticipation in other HR projects at the plant
Qualifications :
- 1 year of experience in HR
- Experience with HR systems
- Intermediate level of English (required)
- Strong communication and analitycal skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Result-oriented multitasking flexible and ready to take responsibility for own processes
