At Maersk Customs Service we are dedicated to ensuring smooth and compliant customs clearance processes for our international shipments. We are seeking a talented individual to join our team and help us navigate the complexities of global trade. We are looking for aMarket Customer Service (MCS) Subject Matter Expert (SME)to join our growing this role youll be the go-to expert for all things MCSsupporting end users resolving transactional issues and ensuring seamless adoption of new systems and processes. Youll play a key role in training super users and end users driving continuous improvement initiatives and collaborating closely with IT operations and transformation teams to ensure our platforms and processes are running at their best.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide expert-level support to end users resolving incidents and escalating issues to central teams when needed.
- Lead the creation and delivery of training programs for super users and end users ensuring consistent knowledge and capability across the region.
- Own and drive adoption KPIs for the area/region ensuring alignment with PSI/PAI standards.
- Collaborate with IT and central operations teams to participate in UATs system upgrades and process improvements.
- Act as a key liaison between GSC teams Area Operations and CEN XPOs to ensure seamless communication and issue resolution.
- Support customer implementations and ensure readiness of systems and users.
- Analyze data to identify trends root causes and opportunities for improvement in productivity quality and customer satisfaction.
- Work closely with Workflow and Error Handling teams to ensure timely resolution of issues.
